Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates: Standard shipping (5–10 business days): flat $4.95 on orders under $35; free shipping on orders $35 and up.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact support1@evershiftstore.online.

Wrong address: Double-check at checkout - we cannot reroute once shipped.

Lost/damaged: If marked delivered but not received, wait 2 business days then contact us. If damaged, email photos within 7 days of delivery.
